THE LEADING WELL

  Training leaders to influence others for Christ

A well is where you come to drink, be resourced, and take fresh water back for others. So we invite you to lead WELL.

The LEADING WELL Program trains you to influence others for Christ.

 

The Gospel Spice Team is passionate about discipleship and growing leaders to lead and spread the gospel in the ways that God as gifted and called us to do.  Our leadership training has two goals:

 

1

First, to provide leaders with a chance to dive deeper in the Word of God and further their walk with Him along with others who are like minded.
 

2

Second, to provide leaders with a blueprint on how to form and lead your own Bible study group.  
 
Various Gospel Spice Team Members will join in along the way as they share their areas of expertise such as leadership styles, apologetics, spiritual disciplines, and resources (to name a few).

 

As a leader, you know the importance of being a life-long learner. There are always new things to add to your already considerable skill set. It is our desire to serve you as you seek to keep growing. Also, perhaps there is an opportunity for you to teach others how to lead, within your circle of spiritual influence.  Allow us to serve you as you seek to serve others in this way!
