In the AUTHOR/BOOK line, enter the TITLE of the book and/or the AUTHOR name as mentioned in the podcast episode referencing the giveaway you are entering. For example, if you wish to enter to win the book titled ABC by author Jane Doe, then write “ABC” and/or “Jane Doe” in the subject line. Your entry cannot be valid unless it includes the title and/or author name.

If you are entering multiple giveaways simultaneously, please enter each giveaway title/author’s name separately. For example, if you wish to enter for a giveaway for book ABC by Jane Doe AND for another giveaway for book XYZ by John Doe, then submit one entry for each as described above. You will then be entered for each giveaway separately.

One entry per person, per giveaway. Your entry signifies agreement with the giveaway rules (see below). You will be contacted if you win.

Giveaway Rules:

Giveaways mentioned on the podcast are governed by these official rules (“Official Rules”). By participating in the Giveaway, each entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and understands that the results of the Giveaway, as determined by Sponsor and its agents, are final in all respects. The odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received during the applicable sweepstakes period.  The Giveaway is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law. Pennsylvania laws will govern this sweepstakes. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

ELIGIBILITY: Legal residents of one of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry who have Internet access and a valid e-mail account prior to the beginning of the Giveaway Period are eligible for entry. Sponsor has the right to verify the eligibility of each entrant.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The Giveaway period is mentioned in the Giveaway announcement. All entries (submissions) must be received on or before the time stated during that submission period. Sponsor reserves the right to extend or shorten the Giveaway at their sole discretion.

HOW TO ENTER: Entrants must submit all required information mentioned in the Giveaway post to participate in the Giveaway. After submitting the required information, each entrant will receive one (1) entry. Additional entries will not be accepted. Each email entry gives Gospel Spice Ministries authorization to add the entrant to its mailing list.

ENTRIES NOT RECEIVED: Sponsor is not responsible for any computer, online, telephone, or technical malfunctions that prevent or postpone your entry’s receipt. Your entry will become our property once we receive it, and it will not be returned in any format.

PUBLICITY: Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission to use the prize winner’s name, biography, likeness, photographs, video, voice, opinions, and any statements attributable to him or her for promotional purposes in any manner or media without further compensation except where prohibited by law.

WINNER SELECTION: All eligible entries received during the Submission Period will be gathered into a database at the end of the Submission Period. A winner will be chosen at random. The winner will be notified via the method mentioned in the Giveaway post.

Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his/her e-mail and/or social media account(s) for prize notification and receipt or other communications related to this Giveaway. If a potential prize winner cannot be reached by the Sponsor within 48 hours, using the contact information provided at the time of entry, that potential prize winner shall forfeit the prize. Upon the request of the Sponsor, the potential winner may be required to return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Release and Prize Acceptance Form and IRS W-9 form. If a potential winner fails to comply with these official rules, that potential winner will be disqualified. Prizes may not be awarded if an insufficient number of eligible entries are received.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Prize is awarded “as is, where is,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, any warranty of merchantability or suitability for a particular purpose. Sponsor is not responsible for any claims or outcomes related to the product or service offered in the Giveaway.
